The customer has a health guarantee of 48 hours in which to have the dog or cat checked out by a licensed veterinarian and is urged to do so! If the veterinarian finds anything seriously wrong with the dog or cat will be exchanged for the similar dog or cat of the customers choice at once or when one is available, provided that a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered as evidence of the dog's or cat's illness and the dog or cat is returned within the guaranteed period. NO CASH REFUND WILL BE MADE UNDER AND CIRCUMSTANCES. ANY LITIGATION IN THE COURT OF LAW WILL RESIDE IN THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA AND IN THE COUNTY OF WYOMING. • We raise beautiful,loving companions that we intend to give love and attention. However, we believe we have excellent quality companions and are always striving to improve their quality whenever possible. • We do not guarantee show or breeder quality. We do not guarantee color, size, or sterility. Common parasites including fleas, ticks, worms, mites, and coccidiosis or any other minor problems are not covered under this guarantee. • The seller assumes no responsibility on the dog after leaving the premises, medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy to animal, disagreement of family, or for any reason. It is further understood and agreed that no warranty of representation has been made with respect to sold animal as set forth in writing in this agreement. This agreement has been made for our mutual benefit to protect the purchaser as well as the seller. There will be no cash refunds or exchanges made of the expiration of this health guarantee for any reason.
